CapFinder (“the App”) helps you explore world capitals using your device’s camera and compass. Your privacy matters. This policy explains what information the App uses and why.

Camera (Live Preview)

• The App uses your device camera to display a live background view while you use the App.
   
• We do not record, store, or upload your camera video.
   

Location (While Using the App)

• The App uses your location while the App is in use to calculate distance and direction (compass heading) to selected capitals.
   
• Your location is processed on your device.
   
• We do not store or upload your precise location.
   

Device Sensors (Compass/Heading)

• The App uses your device’s compass/heading and motion-related sensors to update direction indicators.
   
• This data is used only on-device to power App features.
   

Purchases (CapFinder Pro)

• If you choose to purchase CapFinder Pro, the purchase is processed by Apple via In-App Purchase.
   
• The App may receive confirmation that you have an active Pro entitlement to unlock features.
   
• We do not collect or store your payment information. Apple handles payments.
   

• We do not require accounts or logins.
   
• We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, or photos.
   
• We do not sell personal information.
   
• We do not use the data for advertising or tracking.
   

We do not share personal information with third parties. Apple may process purchase and billing information as part of In-App Purchase, subject to Apple’s policies.

CapFinder’s core computations (bearings and distance) happen on-device. The App may store limited preferences on your device (such as selected units or route mode) using standard iOS storage. These settings do not identify you.

• You can deny camera or location permissions; some features may not work.
• You can manage permissions anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security on your iPhone.
   

CapFinder is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If the App’s data practices change, we will update this policy and revise the effective date.
